We use data to provide, secure, and improve Notendario (authentication, sync, support, abuse detection, fraud prevention, and legal compliance).

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with essential processors (such as hosting, infrastructure, and analytics) under confidentiality and data processing agreements. Where data transfers outside the EU/EEA are required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, request data portability, object to processing, withdraw consent (where consent is the legal basis), and lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.

• You can delete your account at any time after logging in under Settings > My Account > Delete Account.
• Upon confirmation, all personal data associated with your account, including email and notes, will be deleted.
• Requests for deletion must be made after logging in via the website https://notendario.com
• If you lose access, contact support at contact@notendario.com. We may require reasonable identity verification to prevent unauthorized account changes.
• All data will be deleted immediately, but no later than 14 days. Backups will be anonymized or destroyed within 30 days.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring, and security reviews). However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal data only while your account is active or as long as needed to provide the service. After account deletion, data is removed without undue delay, no later than 14 days; backups are anonymized or destroyed within 30 days.
